Living Room has queen sofa sleeper, love seat and Smart TV with Netflix and several apps. (Just bring your log on info).
Family Room (ground level) has a comfy sofa, conversation chairs a gas fireplace and french doors that lead to the large fenced back yard.
Kitchen – The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances should you choose to cook while staying. Guest have full access to everything stocked including; cookware, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, crock pot, bread maker, panini maker, waffle maker, fondue pot, salad spinner, toaster, basic spices and dual coffee maker for pot full of coffee or single cup. Starter supply of coffee is provided or feel free to bring your own. The kitchen has a table that is set to seat 6 but can also accommodate up to 10 if needed by adding a leaf stored in front hall closet. There is also a dishwasher with some supplied dish pods because who really wants to do dishes on vacation? The refrigerator has a built in filtered water.
Dining Room – Large heavy duty table that seats 6-10…12. There is place settings for 12 adults. Additional child dishes are also available.
3 Full bathrooms. The Master bathroom ensuite has a built in jacuzzi jetted tub/shower. Not only does this tub have jacuzzi features but it also acts like a hot tub because it has the ability to heat the water on its own to 101F degrees. The other 2 bathrooms have a tub/shower combo.
Laundry Room has new large capacity washer and dryer. Starter pods of detergent are provided.
Garage – The garage has a ping pong table and corn hole set up inside for sheltered entertainment in the winter. Garage closet contains numerous games, beach chairs, coolers and extra kitchen gadgets.
Backyard is fully fenced and has two patios with seating as well as a wood burning fire pit. There is a gas barbecue available for guest as well.
