Crandon is a charming town offering Restaurants, Antique Shops, Gift and Clothing Shops, and Historical Museum. Summer in Crandon offers many events, including Kentucky Days, Art in the Square, and the World Famous Brush Run Off Road Racing. We are situated 15 miles away from the 18 hole Nicolet Country Club Golf course, and six and twenty miles from Mole Lake Casino and Potawatomi Casino at Carter.
Whether you are looking for an active vacation, or just want to kick back and relax, The Peterson Bay Chalet is the place to be. Included in your rental is the use of a Paddle Boat, ,Bikes,Kayaks, Windsurfers, Stand up Paddle Boards and Row Boat. A 14ft. fishing boat with a 9.9H.P.is available for rent. There is also dockage at the pier if you bring your own boat. The Wildlife viewing is abundant from our Hammock Deck at the Water. You can watch the Eagles soar overhead while looking for fish.
Our family of Loons will serenade you late into the night, and if you are lucky you might spy a Otter or a Muskrat swimming past the pier. A Campfire, a game of Horseshoes and S’mores is a great way to end the day.
