BUCOLIC BEAUTY – Waterfront Luxury Condo on Lake Coeur d’Alene

Purchased in 2019, the condo has now been completely remodeled. The master bedroom just got a complete remodel with all new hand-made furniture, new carpeting, new artwork, and a new king size bed. The kitchen remodel started with all new stainless steel appliances and refurbished cabinets and now finished off with new quartz countertop, new faucet and sink, and new matching subway tile. The two full bathrooms have also been remodeled, and a new washer and dryer has been added. The living room includes a new couch and easy chair. There are also several new touches throughout with paintings, photos, wall clock, rugs, and runners. Please take a close look at the photos. There are two elevators leading from the underground garage, so no need to take the stairs.
Our waterfront condo has gorgeous views and an oversized deck to enjoy the changing colors of the lake as the day changes to night and as the seasons in North Idaho change from summer to fall to winter and spring and back to summer.
Please also note that the owner lives close by and is usually able to respond to most requests and keep a close eye on the place. We do the managing and most of the cleaning ourselves, saving costs and allowing us to offer the most for the money. Please check out the reviews.

There is also a simple hike at Beauty Bay.
* Play volleyball at Lake Shore.
* Check out several wonderful, inexpensive restaurants in town. The condo includes a
small brochure with recommendations regarding restaurants, hiking, and boat rentals.
* Or relax inside with either of two televisions with DVDs, books, and games available.
This two bedroom, two full bath condo sleeps four comfortably but can accommodate 8 (2 queen beds, one bed in each bedroom, and 2 queen air beds).
Children are welcome, but please, no pets, no smoking and absolutely no loud parties.
Three night minimum stay.
It is beautiful year-round, and the weather is delightfully cool during the autumn and spring, when the rates are reduced.
