You will love the convenience of Sunswept 302. The condo is located on the first floor next to the pool. Parking is right outside the front door so you won’t have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the complex.
The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.
We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.
