Fort Collins, Colorado Charming House Close to CSU, City Park and Old Town!

This beautiful property was renovated in 2016. We gutted the house down to the studs and put a touch of modern with stylish and sophisticated finishes. It is located in the heart of Fort Collins, 1.5 miles from CSU, Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. Only 2 miles to Old Town which is home to brewpubs and local restaurants as well as history and art museums. City Park golf course is across the street which is great for evening walks, or cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Also City Park hosts an summer outdoor water park and a huge playground. If you bring your bikes, the bike lanes are easily accessible outside the front door and the Poudre River Bike Path is less than 2 miles away. There is also a bike library at certain places in Fort Collins with available bikes for rent. Fort Collins also offers electric scooter rentals around town too. The City of Fort Collins has a very helpful website with all of the updated information. Beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir is 6.5 miles away and offers hiking, biking, paddle boards for rent, boating and water activities. Fort Collins is home to many natural areas full of wildlife and wonderful maintained trails, as well as beautiful parks close by.
The comfortable, clean home has everything you need for relaxing and get-togethers. In the beautiful kitchen, you will find a Kuerig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, as well as spices, condiments, teas and coffee. All of the stainless steel appliances are in great working condition. The dining table seats 6 with its extension and the breakfast bar seats 3 and extends the seating in the open dining room/kitchen area. The cozy living room is equipped with cable TV and plenty of comfy seating. There are three welcoming bedrooms (king, queen, queen) outfitted with quality linens for a comfortable night sleep. Two bathrooms with shower/bath combos are perfect after a day of traveling, visiting, hiking, shopping or visiting CSU. Hair dryers, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available for your use in the home. There is laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience too. We take pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of the home.
The front deck is perfect to enjoy the sunny days and beautiful evenings. There is a grill provided as well as an outdoor table and chairs. High speed internet is provided as well as central heating and air conditioning.
There is lots off street parking in the circular driveway out front. The unit is the main level of the house. The basement is occupied by a long term professional renter with their separate side entrance and parking.
