Log Home with Breathtaking Views

This beautifully furnished 2650 square foot log home has everything you could want. Only 9 miles from the ski slopes in Breckenridge and nestled in the Rocky Mountains at 11,000 feet. The home provides incredible views of the Blue River valley and the Continental Divide. The home features vaulted ceilings, a wrap-around deck, deck chairs, and a pool table! You will never feel cold with the in-floor radiant heat throughout the home. The house has nice furnishings.
The main level includes a large kitchen equipped with luxury appliances and everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal for the entire crew. The dining room has a large table that seats 11 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 4. The living room has plenty of seating, a t.v. a beautiful gas fireplace, and a Pack and Play for the little ones in the closest. The master bedroom is also on this level with a king bed, private bath. From the kitchen walk through the mudroom to the heated oversized two-car garage or onto the back deck.
The finished basement has a wet bar area, a family room with 46″ LCD t.v. with cable, and a gas fireplace. There are three bedrooms, one full bath, and a three-quarter bath on this level. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third room has a queen over queen bunk-bed (sleeps 4). The laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer.
Rental terms: Pets are not allowed and no smoking. No more than 8 people may stay in the house (unless you receive prior permission). In addition to the rental rates described, a fully refundable $200 deposit is required and will be refunded promptly once the condition of the house and hot tub have been confirmed upon your departure. A cleaning fee of $50 and a tax of 6.375% will be added to the rental fee. Cancellations may be accepted 30 days or more prior to arrival. We are located on a regularly plowed road, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required in the wintertime due to the amount of snow at this altitude.
