Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the private palm-lined beach just steps away, or lie on the lanai’s twin-sized lounger gazing up at the stars while listening to the sound of waves crashing on the lava rocks below.
This condo is spacious (nearly 1300 square feet) and feels like a real home with its spectacular ocean views and central air conditioning! Don’t depend on tradewinds to keep you cool or settle for condos with window units in only one or two rooms. Casa de Emdeko is one of the few complexes in Kona with true central air conditioning. There is no additional charge for running the AC during your stay.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with double sinks and walk-in shower; there are sunset ocean views from the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and another bathroom just across the hall. There are also beach towels, coolers and a beach umbrella and chairs for your use. We have just completed a major kitchen and bathroom remodel in addition to redecorating and updating the unit to make your stay even more enjoyable. This is a non-smoking property, including inside the condo, on the lanai, and all of the common areas and grounds of the complex.
Amenities of the resort complex include lush tropical gardens with fountains and many blooming plants, a courtyard swimming pool, private sand beach with palm trees, cabana with shower and restrooms, gas grills for outdoor cooking, outdoor eating area with tiki torches, and a spectacular ocean-front salt-water pool and sunning area. There is also free secure private parking, an on-site laundry facility, and a commercial building with beauty and barber shop, spa, and convenience store/deli for picking up food items. A small lava rock and sand beach with ocean entry is next door to the complex, and there is an area where you can fish just steps from our front door!
We are located in the popular and highly-rated Casa de Emdeko complex on world-famous Ali’i Drive, just one mile south of Kailua-Kona village, the quaint and original resort town of the Big Island, with many wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants. We are also close to Keauhou Bay with its many water activities. In fact, this condo is the perfect base to explore all the attractions of the Big Island.
