Here at Duck Cove Hideaway, you and your family are our first priority!
Come and experience our newly renovated home. We’ve updated and enlarged it so that it’s not only comfortable for lakeside enjoyment but offers you enough room to bring family, friends and yes, even the fur baby! With king beds on two levels, there won’t be any fighting over who gets what bed, and a secondary living room keeps the teens occupied! The master suite has new furniture and a private master bathroom suite with updated amenities.
The 2nd bedroom on main floor has a queen bed just across has from full updated bathroom with tub/shower combo, so no fighting over a bathroom! Downstairs on the lake level is bedroom #3 with a king bed. Adjacent to bedroom #3 is the secondary living area with a queen pullout sectional with a round metal cocktail tail with a storage compartment w/sheets, pillows & blankets just for the sectional. Bathroom #3 fully updated featuring a standup shower.
The coffee bar/beverage entertainment center is our little way of saying “thanks for coming”!
There is a large covered deck just off the great room with a dining set for relaxed eating while enjoying the view, a nuce area just to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee and a pair of loungers for laying in the sun.
The kitchen comes fully furnished with stainless appliances, a blender, toaster, waffle maker, cookware and every item you need for that home away from home feel. We provide all linens (sheets, towels, & wash cloths). Full-sized washer and dryer are located in fully updated laundry room. We supply you with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a supply of trash bags, dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher, a small supply of laundry detergent, a small hand soap, shampoo & lotion for each bath room and a blow dryer and an iron for touching up your clothes.
We provide all of your towels, wash cloths and sheets for your beds. Extra blankets are available in each bedroom.
When you arrive at the lake, we want you to have peace of mind and a relaxing time!
There is a covered patio downstairs when you want to get out of the sun. There is a large grilling area with a flatscreen smart tv equipped to watch YOU TUBE app tv, a bar & barstools with enough seating for all your guests while cooking on the gas grill. Please make arrangements to furnish your OWN PROPANE tank for the grill.
Down on the water follow the boardwalk to a large pier with gazebo outfitted with a table and chairs. When it’s hot, flip on the ceiling fan for an extra breeze! There’s also plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. A floating dock is anchored next the big pier, perfect for the kids to jump and dive into the lake from! We have a float mat for your enjoyment tied to the pier.
You can choose to watch ROKU TV. Don’t forget your laptop or iPad because we have wifi available if you have that last minute email you need to answer.
After the sun sets, you can kick back by the fire pit and enjoy a nice fire to throw off the evening chill and watch the stars as a nice way to end the evening after a full day in the sun.
Launch your boat from Lakeside Marina just 1 mile away. There will be plenty of room at the floating dock for tying up your boat along with any guests you might have. There is plenty of space on our property to park your boat trailer. The drive is circular with a tight turn. We suggest you lauch your boat FIRST rather than trying to navigate the tight turn. There are guy wires holding up the lead-in power wires to the house here so caution should be taken!
WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 30. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. DOGS ARE WELCOME, 20 lbs and under, neutered and/or spayed and on monthly flea and tick medication and limited to 2. NO CATS, PLEASE!!!
10% DISCOUNTS for all repeat rentals; 15% DISCOUNTS for all rentals over 7 days; 30 minutes to Auburn, 10% DISCOUNTS for all 3 day rentals on Auburn ballgame weekends.

I do not provide canoes, kayaks, boats or floats. Please bring your own or make preparations to rent from the local Marina located just 1 mile down Bay Pines Rd.
