Our 1,000 sq. foot, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, pet friendly, cabin is located just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Ouray. This quaint residence, which was built in 1879, features a remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with modern appointments that complement the home’s rustic mountain feel. It offers a truly Colorado mountain cabin experience, complete with a deck with great views of the Amphitheater and a gas BBQ grill. It provides hiking trails and recreational diversity, including snowshoeing and cross country skiing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and many other recreational pursuits. Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom – Queen Bed (Main Level)
2nd Bedroom – Two Twin Beds (Upper Level).
The main floor has a living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath. The second floor has a sitting area with game table, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a half bath. The Seldom Inn has two TVs with satellite service, one in the living room and one upstairs in the second bedroom’s sitting area. WiFi is also provided.
The home is pet friendly (2 pet max).
Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
