The property consists of three extraordinary mountaintown guesthouses. All have been rebuilt to perfection over recent years. REDEMPTION CABIN is the frontiersman mountainside log cabin (Circa 1914), EXPLORATION CABIN is the craftsman riverside cottage (Circa 1928), and REFLECTION CABIN is the minimalist fireside studio (Circa 1936). All have been restored with thoughtful historical elegance. Each has personality, character and idiosyncratic charm of its own. Each share This Mountain Life values and are excellent in every detail.
All three guesthouses are designed for special occasions and celebrations, active go-getting walkers-hikers-climbers-mountaineers, bikers, urban explorers, and serious professionals on reflective sabbatical or extended remote learning-working.

The property is tightly situated between Little Prospect Mountain and the Big Thompson River. It sits among diverse nature. Beautiful blue spruce and champion poplars. Mountain chickadees to green winged swallows, eagles and hawks, chipmunks to bobcats, deer, and elk with occasional sightings of bear and moose. In front, there’s a rushing snow fed mountain river, passing pedestrians, and multi-modal vehicles of all sizes and shapes.
The property is close to all the action yet set apart and very private. It’s a short walking distance down east riverside to the center of downtown Estes Park. All year the river plays white water songs. For short moments here and there, roadway traffic can be heavy.

From riverwalks to fishing spots, public parks, top restaurants, festivals, venues, craft merchants and shops, breweries, wineries, and sweet shops. From care free strolls to heart pounding treks.
