1. Top unit is your 5 bedroom unit with its own separate entrance, LR, DR and huge kitchen , 2 1/2 baths.
2. Bottom one bedroom unit with its DR, Kitchenette and a glass enclosed LR, separate entrance.
Door on the stairs between two units is locked on both sides
Large backyard and outdoor jacuzzi are the only shared AREAS by 2 units – observe distancing and allow 15 min for jacuzzi to auto clean by pressing the clean button )
Four bedrooms with queen size beds, den with queen size pull-out bed or a MURPHY bed , ( total of 5 effective bedrooms)

8 person outdoor jacuzzi that is shared with renters downstairs ( a one bedroom on the bottom fourth floor separated by a deadbolt locked door)
Concert Grand Yamaha disklavier- sleeps 10 ( only 12 miles from San Francisco).

Owner – (very quiet )has a studio in the garage and is seldom in the house .

Please note: Our limit is maximum of 10 people in the home for sleeping and entertaining. We prohibit the use of the home for large parties, receptions, commercial ads, or movie productions.

I. Main level
Gourmet kitchen with granite countertop, fully opens into a dining area and living room all facing the ocean. Access three decks , all with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge, the ocean and natural landscape.
*Kitchen SubZero Refrigerator, Viking Professional gas range, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and Amana Radar convection toaster oven, Jura Capresso Espresso maker( bring your espresso beans)
*Dining table comfortably seats 6. Outside porch table from dining room sits 6 people.
*Living room windows the length of the home sliding door opens to the main deck bringing the outdoors in. ( can see Golden Gate Bridge on a clear day)
*Large wall mounted flat screen TV
*Be entertained by a Yamaha Concert Grand disklavier player piano
*Cozy wood-burning fireplace(gas to get it started) please check “Spare the air schedule “.
*There is a den off the living room which has a queen size sofa bed or a Murphy bed – sleeps 2. ***Please note, sofa beds are not the most comfortable. As an option/alternative we do have two air mattress as well. ***
II. Second level has 2 large bedrooms with queen-size beds

*Washer and dryer
III. Lowest level with 2 large bedrooms
*Master Bedroom 1 queen bed, a fireplace, TV, plentiful closet space and a full bathroom with two sinks, deep tub bath and shower. It has a sliding door that leads to a deck with ocean view and stairs to the jacuzzi
*4th bedroom 1 queen bed
*The half bath
Please limit noise here as it is heard downstairs and vice versa . Noise to a minimum by 10 pm( both inside and outside the home ) You may be evicted instantly if noise is not kept down

*There is an information binder in the living room describing how to operate the use of appliances, the garbage disposal, remotes, turning on and off shower heads etc.
*The home has hardwood floors throughout the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms. Leaves shoes at the foyer.

*Large jacuzzi, accommodates 8 people( shared by renters on bottom floor) can take turns – allow 15 min on a clean cycle .
*Beautifully terraced yard and garden
*Full deck with BBQ grill (propane provided) and table for outdoor dining/entertaining
One large outdoor patio near the jacuzzi with plenty of sitting area to relax and read
Another large patio on bottom of the hill with yet again a large sitting and lounging area to enjoy the tranquility in Pacifica

TWO parking spaces on driveway
Come surf or watch the surfers at Pedro Point/Pacifica State Beach. It is not uncommon to spot deer/ or a family of deer walking through the brush from the deck in this quiet and serene setting. Excellent home for large families on vacation, weekend getaways with other couples and work/holiday trips. It’s just a jaunt to the beach and local supermarkets.

20 minutes to downtown San Francisco
15 minutes to Half Moon Bay/Maverick Beach
90 minutes from Napa/Santa Rosa
Owner, an MD and Professor at Stanford University has a studio in the garage
***The bottom unit is a one bedroom rental .

Owner is available for suggestions on nearby activities and restaurants as well as any questions about the area or the house.
Enjoy the house as it is your own , please don’t trash it !!! Try leaving it as when you found it .
Sometimes ants just show up especially after raining. Spray RAID around the sink and kitchen corners and bathroom corners. Housekeepers work hard in vacuuming crumbs etc. but they still get in.
Walk down the hill and have breakfast at Soul Grind and walk along the beach and enjoy watching the surdfrs
