Well-appointed for all your needs, from a well-equipped kitchen to surfboards, beach gear, and various wet suits. Four bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, and two full baths. Downstairs we have a half bath. Steps from the house is a cozy guest cottage that sits alone. The downstairs bathroom in the house is for the cottage.
Remodeled chef’s kitchen, fully equipped, includes a Wolf stove, new Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Gas Barbeque, and everything you need to create excellent, memorable meals.

Our home is perfect for families. We are in a gated, quiet neighborhood and must screen our guests. You may instantly book; however, if you are not a proper fit, you may be asked to cancel. No parties or venues are allowed.
***Please note that house and neighborhood rules must be followed in a private gated community. You may be evicted and lose your security deposit if regulations are disregarded.
***Please note. We will not accept large breed dogs that are Pit Bulls, German Shepards, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Massives, or any other dog that is aggressive or barks. You may be evicted if a dog such as that shows up. Only well-trained and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
